The chefs and their meals at Puku Ridge and Chichele Presidential re world-renowned. Their food is fresh, creative, varied, always delicious and always served with a smile and incredible view.
Colourful, fresh vegetables are hand-picked from the local markets just outside the National Park, rare herbs and spices come from secret locations and all but just a few condiments are sourced internationally.
Top tip for those who like their food extra spicy – ask for Jason’s “Chichele Chilli” and hold onto your hat!
With Michaela’s international experience and flair for the kitchen, the meals at these two safari camps are only going to get better so our guests are in for a culinary journey, paired with fine South African wines and topped off with freshly ground coffee and a wide selection of teas, that will delight and satisfy.
We are happy and able to cater to most dietary tastes and requirements but please give us as much notice as possible due to the remoteness of our location.
